We service medium to large international Hotel Groups who are seeking to expand their activities in Western Europe. We only represent a limited number of clients on an exclusive basis. I personally investigate the feasibility of existing locations and new development opportunities in areas where our clients are looking for new locations. At the moment we are seeking locations suitable for 4 star quality Hotels with a minimal room capacity of 120. This means purchase or on a Lease Back or Management basis.We take an interest in smaller Hotels in EU Countries and elsewere as to Brokerage for Buying, Selling and Management of  Hotels.
